I do not want to mince matters. There is already enough literature out there that beats around the bush.

I hope to spread some hope and courage with my natural and down to earth approach. Every one of us has a different story and some people might see things in a different light but the most important thing is that we are not alone and we will see that through communicating with each other we can master almost anything.
