Who cannot relate to the term “too runny” or “too hard”!

A constantly full and bloated bag is really annoying especially if I wear tight clothes.
Fatty foods, alcohol, coffee, eggs, milk and many other things cause the gall bladder to flow and bloat. The broth-like soup shoots out without warning and even if I have changed the bag, I sometimes immediately have to go back to the toilet.

On days when you want to wear a special outfit or a bathing suit, it is recommended to start with a very light breakfast.
Multigrain bread, fat-reduced butter, low-fat cheese and cold meats and or a light marmalade are best.  I only drink water or tea as it will not upset the gall bladder.

Snacks are off-limits on those days because whatever you put in will want to come out. Instead, I drink lots the whole day.

In the evening when I am hungry, I will put some comfortable clothes on and enjoy a feast!

Since my first operation, I have turned into a vegetarian. However, I still eat fish, dairy products and eggs.

I have listed some of the foods that cause diarrhoea, constipation or even occlusion.

Pineapple

Mushrooms

Papayas

Sweet corn

Popcorn

Asparagus

Nuts

Fat

Citrus fruits

Alcohol

I cannot tolerate the fibres and they clog up the
outlet.

Especially button mushrooms are hard to digest however all other types I can tolerate if I cut them very small and chew them thoroughly.

are also not suitable for me as they are very fibrous if they have been sun-ripened in Europe

l can only tolerate small amounts and only the canned sweet corn but as an alternative, I make soup from it. I would love to eat a corn on the cob but I can control myself!

I have to chew it three times longer because of the hard corn. I find it extremely difficult as I love my popcorn while watching a movie at the cinema and I could eat tons of it!

I usually cut it into 1cm long pieces otherwise, it is too fibrous. I love asparagus!

I can only eat a few at a time as they form a mash that is hard to digest and clogs up my outlet.

in large amounts causes diarrhoea and my motion because very liverish. I only stick to premium and high quality fats and oils. That is good for my overall health anyway.

they tend to have a second skin between the gaps that is often very tough. I either chew it thoroughly or spit it out quietly.

I cannot tolerate it very well, I am usually drunk after half a glass of sparkling wine, and I do not like the feeling. I usually do not drink and only every now and then I overcome the temptation. Unfortunately, I get what I deserve only a few minutes later when the bag fills up rapidly and the texture is almost like water.

I will update this list on a regular basis but I would also love to hear from anyone who has made the experience with other food items.
