Ostomy pouches are not outright beautiful, and, sometimes, someone’s hair simply stands on end during physical contact. This is getting to the point that many ostomy patients have to contend with a skin compatibility. Some ostomy pouches are even transparent so that one is unintentionally confronted with one’s excrement time and again.
For this reason, we have made the skin contact side of our bag manure of proven, skin-friendly poly/spandex fabric.
The visible outside is made of printed cotton jersey.
The hole on the skin contact side is so stretchable that the diameter does not matter. With particularly large locking ring diameters or one-piece parts, it is easy to cut larger with the nail scissors.
Access to the ostomy pouch is also on the skin contact side for easy, lightning-fast, secure access.
The Mole fits over any conventional ostomy bag. If necessary, the outlet can be turned backwards, which shortens the ostomy bag.
Slight deviations of your bag dimensions do not affect the wearing comfort.

Access the pouch bulb and the punched hole through the hidden access on the skin contact side. Pull your stoma bag into the mulle.
For a two-piece stoma restoration, pinch the edge of the hole of the mulle behind the tabs. The one-piece sits by itself.
Straighten out your ostomy pouch and smooth wrinkles as much as possible. When the ostomy bag fills up, it adapts itself to the bag dump anyway.
The Mulle Smile fits over any conventional ostomy bag. The outlet can be turned backwards, which shortens the ostomy bag pleasantly.

To clear the stoma bag, grab the hidden access and flip it forward. Your ostomy bag is already exposed in the lower area and you can empty as usual. You simply hit the access back to the starting position and you're done!
Care Instructions
The Mole smile cover for ostomy pouches consists of 95 % cotton, 7% Lycra® on the outer side and of poly/elastane on the side that has contact with the skin. It keeps in shape after washing as well. You can wash the Mole cover at 30° - 40° in the washing machine.
ATTENTION!
Please wash together with similar laundry! Please do not tumble dry! Do not carry out any chemical cleaning! Please do not store on heating sources! Please do not use bleach or laundry disinfectant as this will permanently destroy the spandex and thus the tension. Please do not iron hot!

Our stoma bag covers are lovingly hand cut, cut in the workshops of the Rudolf-Sophien-Stifts Stuttgart, sewn and packed.
