Within the scope of data processing, a third-party provider provides services for the hosting and the presentation of our website. This serves to protect our legitimate prevailing interests in a correct presentation of our offer considering the balance of interests. All data collected in connection with the use of this website or in the forms provided for this purpose in the online shop are processed on the servers of the third-party provider. Below, please find the description of the procedure. Processing on other servers only takes place in the scope that is explained in this statement.

Data collection and use of data when opening a customer account and for the processing of the contract


We are obliged to maintain confidentiality according to the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (TMG). Safety precautions are promptly adjusted to the current state of the art.


Personal data are only collected if you submit them voluntarily as part of your order, when contacting us (e.g. via contact form or e-mail) or when opening a customer account. Mandatory fields in forms are indicated as such because we absolutely need your data in these cases to handle your making contact, to open your customer account, or for the processing of the contract. Without the specification of these data, you cannot complete the opening of your account and/or order and, respectively, you cannot send the contact form. The respective entry forms show which data are collected.


In accordance with art. 6 par. 1 sentence 1 letter b DGPR, we use the data that you have transmitted for the purpose of fulfilling and processing your order and for processing your inquiries. Upon completion of the contract or the deletion of your customer account, your data are restricted for further processing. They are deleted after the expiration of the relevant tax and commercial retention periods, unless you have explicitly approved of the further processing of your data or we have reserved any other use of the data that is legally permitted and about which we will inform you in this statement.


We point out that data transmission via the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) may exhibit security vulnerability. Data cannot be completely protected from third party access.



Data transfer


We assure that we do not disclose your personal data to third parties, unless we are legally obliged to do so or upon your written consent.


In accordance with art. 6 par. 1 sentence 1 letter b DGPR and for the contractual performance, your data are forwarded to the shipping company charged with the delivery, but only insofar as this is necessary to deliver the goods. To process payments, your payment-related data are forwarded to the assigned credit institution or the payment service provider.


The selected payment service providers partially collect these data even by oneselves as soon as you create an account there. In this case, you need to register during the ordering process with your access data with the payment service provider. The privacy policy of this payment service provider is then applicable.



Data transfer to shipping service providers


Insofar as you have given us your explicit consent during or after placing your order, we therefore will ‑ in accordance with art. 6 par. 1 sentence 1 letter a DGPR ‑ pass your e-mail address and telephone number on to the selected shipping service provider so that they can contact you before delivery in order to announce or to attune the delivery.
