EU member states / incl. tracking
non EU / DHL package / up to 1 kg / insured up to 500 € / price 24,00 €

EU / by post / up to 500 g / insured only up to 20 € / price 8,00 €

Transport damage:
If you receive the goods with obvious transport damage, we encourage you to complain as soon as possible.
If you miss the complaint, this has no consequences for the statutory warranty rights. The purpose of the complaint is that we can assert our own claims against the carrier.
